George William Roberts

George William Roberts, age 68 of Warrensville, died Friday, December 24, 2021 at Alleghany Memorial Hospital.  Mr. Roberts was born March 13, 1953 in Ashe County to the late Edward and Martha Massey Roberts.  In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Maines Roberts.  George enjoyed hunting, working on cars, riding 4-wheelers and camping.

Mr. Roberts will lie in state from 12:00 -2:00 pm Friday, December 31, 2021 at Badger Funeral Home.  Graveside services will follow in the Roberts Family Cemetery by Rev. Eddie Roland.

Mr. Roberts is survived by his sister, Loretta Roland and husband Eddie of Independence, VA and brother, David Roberts and wife Donna of Livingston, TN, 4 nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Jama, Lee and David also survive.
