Rose Marie (Dillard) Miller

Rose Marie Dillard Miller, age 66 of Glendale Springs, passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Wilkes Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Miller was born on July 1, 1955 in Wilkes County to Robert Arthur and Effie Miller Dillard. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Donald Ray Miller, one daughter, Brandie Miller, son-in-law, John Thomas Ring, three brothers, Bruce Dillard, Bennie Dillard and Robert Dillard, and one sister, Leana Ellen Dillard.

Mrs. Miller was a loving mom, wife, aunt, and sister. She enjoyed cooking, spending time with her family, watching soaps, and being on the move all the time.

She is survived by:  one daughter, Marti Miller Ring; one brother, Harold Dillard and wife Kathleen; three sisters-in-law, Marie Dillard, Sue Dillard and Nila Dillard; also surviving are several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 3:30 pm at Ashelawn Memorial Chapel by Rev. Wade Huntsinger and Rev. Justin Baugess. Burial will follow in the Claude Mash Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Ashelawn Memorial Chapel.
