Ambrose Wood

Ambrose Todd Wood, age 53, of Glendale Springs, NC, died Wednesday, June 29, 2005.
Mr. Wood was born July 2, 1951 in Ashe County to the late George and Flossie Ham Wood. Mr. Wood was a member of the Glendale Springs Baptist Church. Anyone who met Todd had a wonderful friend and loved him instantly. He will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Saturday, July 2, 2005 at the Glendale Springs Baptist Church. Rev. Keith Elledge and Pastor Jim Belcher will officiate. Burial will follow in the Glendale Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Flowers will be appreciated or memorials may be made to: The Gideons, PO Box 993, West Jefferson, NC 28694.

His Wife: Geraldine Hart Wood

Two sons: Kirk Thomas Wood of the home and Robert Mitchell Hart of Lansing, NC

Four brothers: Glenn Wood of Creston, NC, Marshall Wood of Knottingham, PA, Bruce Wood and Eugene "Cotton" Wood both of Elkton, MD

One sister: Eula Mae McCoy of Galax, VA
