Angie (Jones) Howell

Angie Howell, age 64 of Lansing, passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Novant Presbyterian Hospital in Charlotte.  Mrs. Howell was born May 22, 1958 in Johnson County, TN to the late Charles and Margaret Smith Jones.  Angie spent the early part of her life in Louisiana.  She enjoyed working with all the children at BROC Head Start. Angie loved her cats and enjoyed working in her flowers.  She also enjoyed going fishing when she was able.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, July 17, 2022 at Badger Funeral Home Chapel.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 pm prior to the service.

Mrs. Howell is survived by her husband, Donald Howell, sons, John Howell (Tracy) of Lansing and Joseph Howell (John) of Johnson City, TN, daughter, Elaine May (Curtis) of West Jefferson, brothers, Tim Jones of Gray, TN and Mark Jones of Mtn. City, TN, grandchildren, Dylan Howell (Samantha Johnson), Hunter Howell (Katie Olson), Dillon Harris and Mason Harris. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will be meeting at the home of Martha Howell at 780 Fees Branch Rd. in Lansing.
