Ardna Miller, age 91 of West Jefferson, NC, died Thursday, April 29, 2004 at the Ashe Living Center. Mrs. Miller was born August 20, 1912 in Ashe County to the late Commodore and Bertha Hartzog. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John S. Miller.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 1, 2004 at the Riverview Primitive Baptist Church. Elder James McNeill will officiate. Burial will follow in the Riverview Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Miller will lie in state one hour prior to the funeral service.
Mrs. Miller is survived by:
Daughter: Dawn Arnold of Charlotte, NC
Sisters: Clara Graybeal and Bell Roten and husband Earl all of Creston, NC
Grandchildren: Reid Miller of Cranberry Springs, NC, Brooke Arnold of Washington, DC and Tamara Richards and husband Richard of Coral Gables, FL
