Arvie Patrick Houck

Mrs. Arvie Venie Patrick Houck age 68, of West Jefferson, NC died on Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Mrs. Houck was born on July 6, 1943 in Ashe County, NC to Clifford and Dorothy Miller Patrick. Mrs. Houck was preceded in death by her son, Roy Houck. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Badger Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Bud Shepherd & Rev. Gene Shepherd. Burial will follow in Poe Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, September 2, 2011 at Badger Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Houck is survived by: Son, Roger Lee Houck of Crumpler, NC, Brothers, Robert Lee Patrick & Marshal Patrick both of West Jefferson, NC & Sister, Flossie Day of Fleetwood, NC also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
