Bessie Roland

Bessie Dollar Roland age 91 of Jefferson, NC, died Monday, April 17, 2006 at the Margate Health and ReHab Center.
Mrs. Roland was born in Ashe County, NC on July 9, 1914 to the late Roby and Rosie Mullis Ashley.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, April 20, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at the Badger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Dwight Barker and Rev. Lloyd Day will officiate. Burial will follow in Ashelawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 19, 2006 from 7:00-9:00 P.M. at Badger Funeral Home.

Sons: Henry "Red" Dollar and Jim Dollar both of West Jefferson, NC
John Dollar and Dale Dollar both of Claremont, NC

Daughter: Ruth Main of Topeka, Kansas
Janet Bright of Asheville, NC

Sister: Myrtle Jean Mullis of Boone, NC

24 Grandchildren 32 Great Grandchildren and several Nieces and Nephews.
