Carl Dean Johnson, age 63 of West Jefferson, died Monday, December 30, 2002 at his home. Mr. Johnson was born September 25, 1939 in Ashe County to Guy and Nannie Barker Johnson. His father preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, January 1st at the Badger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Kirk McNeill and Rev. Steve LeaShomb will officiate. Entombment will follow in the Ashelawn Mausoleum of Prayer with Masonic Rites. The family will receive friends from 1:00 till 2:00 PM Wednesday prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Ashe, PO Box 421, Jefferson, NC 28640.
