Charles Walters

Mr. Charles Wallace Walters age 69, of West Jefferson, NC died Thursday, May 19, 2011 at his home. Mr. Walters was born on January 23, 1942 in Norfolk, VA to the late Charles Ernest and Teresa Broom Walters.  Mr. Walters was a member of Mt. Jefferson Presbyterian Church. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 23, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Badger Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Thom Burleson. Burial will follow in Severt Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 pm prior to the service.
