Cristita (Barloso) DeLara

Cristita Barloso DeLara, age 94 of Jefferson, died Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Margate Health & Rehab Center.  Mrs. DeLara was born February 6, 1927 in Leyte, Philippines.  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, son, Francisco DeLara and all her brothers and sisters.  She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.  Cristita enjoyed socializing with people, working outside in her flower and vegetable gardens and watching movies.

Memorial Mass will be held at 10 am, Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2021 at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.  The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 pm Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2021 at Badger Funeral Home.

Mrs. DeLara is survived by her daughters, Joy Spainhour of Jefferson and Teresita DeLara Cemasura of the Philippines. 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
