Danny Ray Coldiron

Danny Ray Coldiron age 65 of Fleetwood passed away on Monday, January 2, 2023 at Ashe Memorial Hospital.  Mr. Coldiron was born on May 6, 1957 in Ashe County, North Carolina to Walter Worth Coldiron and Mary Lou Peters Stanley.  He was preceded in death by his mother and three brothers, Jerry Coldiron, James Coldiron and Sonny Coldiron.

Danny was a hard worker, he enjoyed mowing yards and was a Carolina Panthers Football fan.  He also loved his grandchildren very much.

Mr. Coldiron is survived by his wife, Donna Coldiron, two sons, Eric Coldiron and wife, Brandy of Crumpler and Chad Coldiron of Fleetwood, his father, Walter Coldiron Sr. and wife, Lois of Marion, VA, one brother, Charles Coldiron and wife, Crystal of Asheboro and one sister, Janet Adams and husband, Jimmy of Denton.  Four grandchildren, Adam Coldiron, Corbin Coldiron, Nicolas Coldiron and Arabella Coldiron and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 2:00pm at Ashelawn Memorial Chapel by Rev. Lloyd Day.  Burial will follow in the Big Flatts Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00pm one hour prior to the service.
