Darrel Wayne Wyatt age 51 of Lansing passed away Monday, December 31, 2018 at Duke University Hospital. Mr. Wyatt was born in Tucson, AZ to the late William Landon “Bill” and Emily Allen Wyatt. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by, two brother, Lewis Keith “Moose” Wyatt and Ricky Wyatt. Darrel was a member of Smethport Baptist Church. He loved God, his family and church family. He enjoyed fishing, his dogs and motorcycles.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 4, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Smethport Baptist Church by Pastor Phil Arnold and Rev. Chris Goodman. Burial will follow in Ashelawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 pm prior to the service.

Mr. Wyatt is survived by: his wife, Lisa Wyatt, stepson, Jonathan Severt, stepdaughter, Christy Harris, one step-granddaughter, one niece, Ashley Wyatt Jarvis, one nephew, Landon Wyatt, several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the family, c/o Ashelawn Memorial Chapel, 3470 US Hwy 221 N., Jefferson, NC 28640.
