John Dennis Scott age 76 of Jefferson, NC died Friday, July 5, 2002 at the Watauga Medical Center. Mr. Scott was born on September 3, 1925 in Todd, NC to Grady and Fern Scott Davis.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, July 8, 2002 at 2:00 P.M. at the Zion United Methodist Church. Rev. Pricilla Walker will officiate. Burial will follow in the Zion Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, July 7, 2002 from 7:00 till 9:00 P.M. at Badger Funeral Home.

Daughters: Cathy Lynn Scott of Boone, NC
Diane Scott Absher of Crumpler, NC

Sisters: Eugenia Elizabeth Scott, Edna Irene Scott, and Virginia Opal Scott all of Hampton, VA

6 Grandchildren 1 Great Grandchild and 2 Step Grandchild and Several Nieces and Nephews.
