Donna (Caudill) Severt

Donna Caudill Severt, age 69 of Jefferson, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2020 at her home. Mrs. Severt was born on Sunday, April 15, 1951 in Ashe County to the late Oscar and Edna Mae Blevins Caudill.  In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by two sisters, Wanda Mae Lewis and Carolyn Ann Caudill and one brother, Roger Dale Caudill.

Mrs. Severt enjoyed working with her plants and flowers and cooking for her family.

Mrs. Severt is survived by:  her husband, Benny “Ben” Severt, one daughter, Terri Hopkins of the home, one son, Randy Dean Severt and wife, Sheri of the home, one brother, Michael Lee Caudill of Creston.  Five grandchildren, Dustin Hopkins, Ashley Hamilton, Bryson Cole, Bailey Cole and Sadie Cole and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at 2:00 pm in Ashelawn Memorial Gardens by Brother Ralph Smith and Rev. Russell Sheets.
