Elmer Campbell

Elmer "Spud" Campbell age 73 of Lenoir, NC, formerly of Ashe County, NC died Monday, June 24, 2002 at the Caldwell County Hospice in Lenoir, NC. Mr. Campbell was born on September 29, 1928 in Ashe County, NC to Thomas and Bessie Goodman Campbell.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, June 27, 2002 at 2:00 P.M. Badger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. James Lockee and Rev. John Gray will officiate. Burial will follow in the Testerman Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 26, 2002 at Badger Funeral Home. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Caldwell County Hospice, 902 Kirkwood Street Northwest, Lenoir, NC 28645. The family will be at the home of Gayle and Patty Elliott, 1525 Hwy 194 North, West Jefferson, NC 28694.
