Emily (Blevins) Miller

Emily Blevins Miller age 82 of Trinity, NC formerly of Crumpler, NC passed away peacefully Sunday, May 30, 2021 to her eternal Heavenly home and her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was born Ashe County on June 23, 1938 to the late Blan and Blanche Blevins. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by, her husband of 54 years, Raymond Miller, infant brother, Johnny Blevins, sister, Janie Roupe, brother, Eddie Blevins and sister, Mary Ellen Cash. Mrs. Miller was an active member of Trinity Baptist Church when her health allowed, she also enjoyed gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Miller is survived by, two sons, Eric Miller and wife Penny of Archdale, NC, Will Miller and wife Gloria of Laurel Springs, NC; three sisters, Sherlyn Blevins, Sarah Carson both of Crumpler, NC and Corliss Wilmoth and husband Lee of Thurmond, NC; one brother, Tommy Blevins and wife Lisa of Graham, NC; three grandsons, Alex, Josh and Isaac Miller; granddaughter, Faith Miller and several nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until 12:00 noon on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at Ashelawn Memorial Chapel & Gardens.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 11:00 am at Trinity Baptist Church, 6499 NC Highway 62, Trinity, NC 27370 by Rev. Morris Little and her grandson, Joshua Miller. The family will receive friends following the memorial service at the church.
