Emmit Junior Friesland age 59 of West Jefferson, NC died Tuesday, October 28, 2003 at the Ashe Memorial Hospital. Mr. Friesland was born on August 8, 1944 in Ashe County, NC to Emmit and Clara Parsons Friesland.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, October 31, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. at the Badger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Leon Miller and Rev. Dean Shaw will officiate. Burial will follow in the Ebenezer Cemetery in Laurel Springs, NC. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 30, 2003 from 7:00-9:00 P.M. at Badger Funeral Home.
