Etta Jones
Etta B. Jones, age 94 of Lansing, died Saturday, December 27, 2003 at the Ashe Living Center.
Mrs. Jones was born on May 10, 1909, one of ten children born to the late Robert Blevins and Eva Perry Blevins. She was the last of her siblings to pass away. She married Lester H. Jones who also preceded her in death along with one son, Roy D. Jones. She loved reading, crocheting, and flowers.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 30, 2003 at Ashelawn Memorial Chapel. Rev. Tommy McClure will officiate. Burial will follow in Ashelawn Memorial Gardens, and the family will receive friends from 7 - 9 on Monday at Ashelawn Memorial Chapel.

Pauline Carter of Hays, NC
4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Ashelawn Memorial Chapel and Gardens is assisting the family with arrangements.
