Eula Gladys Barker age 83 of Lansing, NC, died Tuesday, February 28, 2006 at her niece's residence.
Ms Barker was born in Ashe County, NC on April 15, 1922 to Emory Jackson and Lura Howell Barker. She was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church.
Funeral Services will be held Sunday, March 5, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at the Badger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Tom Stuart, Rev. Jim Greer, Rev. Randy Barker and Rev. Jerry Lingerfelt will officiate. Burial will follow in the Barker-Eller-McNeill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday, March 4, 2006 from 7:00-9:00 P.M. at Badger Funeral Home. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Hospice of Ashe, PO Box 421, Jefferson, NC or to the Barker-Eller-McNeill Cemetery, c/o Geneva Gouge, 419 Woodland Trails, Lansing, NC 28643.
Ms Barker is survived by 3 nieces and 13 nephews.
