Gale Dean Wyatt

Gale Dean Wyatt, age 73 of West Jefferson, died Monday, November 29, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.  Mr. Wyatt was born November 4, 1948 in Ashe County to the late Von Raymond and Ennis Ina Parsons Wyatt.  In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by a half-brother, Gwyen Parsons. Mr. Wyatt retired from United Chemi-Con.  He enjoyed fishing, deer hunting and spending time outside.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Badger Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Frank Rash.  Burial will follow in the Milam Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 pm prior to the service.

Mr. Wyatt is survived by, his wife, Peggy Milam Wyatt, brother, James (Jay) Wyatt of West Jefferson, sister, Winnie Taylor of West Jefferson and half-brother, Blaine Parsons of Meat Camp. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Flowers will be appreciated or memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
