Gavin Michael Slate

Gavin Michael Slate was greeted in Heaven on December 6, 2020 by his maternal great grandpa Stevenson Monroe Elledge and his paternal great grandpa Charlie Jones.

Baby Gavin is survived by his parents:  Michael and Ashlen Slate, big sisters Jordan and Kadience Slate and big brother Braden Slate all of Lansing, NC.  Also surviving are his paternal grandparents Albert and Darlene Slate of Lansing, maternal grand parents Tim and Angie Hardin of West Jefferson, NC and Greg and Tammy Campbell of Lansing, paternal great grandparents Donald and Dorothy Slate of Florida Matrel Jones of Lansing, maternal great grandparents Alta Sue Elledge of Jefferson, James Eldreth, Jr. of Warrensville, Arbie and Van Testerman of Lansing and Charles and Trish Campbell of Helton. Baby Gavin is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.

There will be a private memorial service for Baby Gavin at a future date.
