Hamilton Bronco Bare

Hamilton Bronco Bare, age 73 of Laurel Springs, died Thursday, December 17, 2020 at his home. Mr. Bare was born August 31, 1947 in Ashe County to the late Arthur and Francis Royal Bare.  In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his wife, Diane Barber Bare, brothers, Nathan Eugene Royal, Henry Bare, Johnny Ray Bare and Bobby Eugene Bare, sisters, Alice Sue Lambert and Peggy Sue Gunner.  Mr. Bare served in the US Army during the Vietnam War.  He loved to fish, garden and raise chickens.  He loved to help people and fix things.

No services will be held.

Mr. Bare is survived by: son, Bobbie Bare of Lexington, step-son, Lee Walker of Salisbury, step-daughters, Tina Gallager and Lena Anderson of TN, brothers, Alex Alonzo Bare and Jerry Dean Bare both of Millers Creek, sisters, Fannie Louise Blanton of Ferguson, Wilma Caldwell of Kings Creek and Carolyn Ann Medley of Sparta.  2 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to any veteran’s organization.
