Hazel Daugherty

Hazel Mae Daugherty, age 58 of Creston died Sunday, July 28, 2002 at her home. Mrs.Daugherty was born July 26, 1944 in Ashe County to Quincy and Faye Barr.
Her father preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 31st at the Big Laurel Church of Christ in Christian Union. Rev. Earl Woods, Rev. Darrell Graybeal and Rev. Clifton Greer will officiate. Burial will follow in the Roten Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 till 11:00 AM prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family in care of Badger Funeral Home, PO Box 139,
West Jefferson, NC 28694.

Wayne Bare of Creston, NC
James Bare of Crumpler, NC

Sisters: Ruth Pennington and Lorene Calhoun of Lansing, NC
Laura Greer of Creston, NC

2 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
