Herbert Hoover Tucker age 74 of Todd, NC died Saturday, July 20, 2002 at the Ashe Memorial Hospital. Mr. Tucker was born on December 11, 1927 in Ashe County, NC to William and Tressie Greer Tucker.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, July 22, 2002 at 4:00 P.M. at the Blackburn's Tabernacle Church. Rev. Arlie Proffitt will officiate. Burial will follow in the Tucker Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 22, 2002 from 3:00-4:00 P.M. at the Blackburn's Tabernacle Church.

Brothers: Junior Frank Tucker and Robert Lee Tucker both of Lexington, NC
Sisters: Opal Loucille Catron of High Point, NC
Helen Louise Colvard of Todd, NC
Mary Magdaline Hill of Baton Rouge, LA
