Howard Vance Eller

Howard Vance Eller, age 80 of West Jefferson, died Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at his home. Mr. Eller was born February 24, 1939 in Ashe County to the late Fred and Edith Patrick Eller.  In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by brothers, Thomas Ray Eller, Warren Gulf Eller and Clarence Eller, sisters, Helen Johnson and Edna Carol Stillman and grandson, Kennan Brandon Staley.  Howard was a member of Three Top Baptist Church.  He loved 4-wheeling, sitting on his front porch, working with wood and building things.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, November 22, 2019 at 12:00 noon at Badger Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Frankie Rash.  Burial will follow in the Roark Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00-12:00 noon one hour prior to the service.

Mr. Eller is survived by, daughters; Pamela Eller, Teresa Sexton (Chris), Kim Eller all of West Jefferson, Sharon Dawn Eller of Creston and Lisa Eller of Todd, sister, Rosalee Nunley of TN,

7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Flowers will be appreciated or memorials may be made to the family in care of Badger Funeral Home; 300 E. Main Street, West Jefferson.
