Janine Hagn Howard, 60, passed away on April 3, 2023, in Davenport, FL. She was born March 18, 1963, in Liverpool, NY, to the late, Jack and Thea Howard. As a child, she grew up in upstate New York but later relocated with her parents to the Pittsburgh area. After high school she moved to Florida and graduated college. After school she got the opportunity to travel Europe for six months and loved every adventure. Immediately Janine found her passion in sales working with Delray Beach Mazda and Northwestern Mutual in South Florida while earning numerous accolades. She also found another passion, volunteering, but her most accomplished reward was caring for our cousin Ronald Harper, who had Spina Bifida. Everything she would do included Ronnie…we know Uncle Jim and Aunt Dorothy would be so proud! But her special love was flying as she earned her commercial pilots license in 1991. Janine and Ronnie relocated to Houston after visiting and the adventures continued. Again, Janine excelled in sales earning several honors while working at both large and small companies. In 2002, Janine was one of four chosen amongst thousands to model in one of the world’s most famous magazines. She continued her volunteering and included earning her Texas Real Estate license. After 18 years in Houston, Janine relocated back to central Florida to be closer to her family. Janine’s journey through life was full of energy, world-wide travel, always lighting up the room, helping, and getting to know people and animals and always reached for the sky on new adventures. There was no limit to what she could do.
She is survived by her brothers, John Howard and wife, Jane, of Port Richey, FL.; Christian Howard, of Dallas, TX.; nephew, Christopher, of Charlotte, NC.; Uncle, Franz Betzinger, and his children, cousins, Lisa, Franz and Maria of Tegernsee, Germany, Aunt, Elfriede Gassner and her daughter, cousin, Helga of Munich, Germany, cousins of her Aunt Anneliese: Bridgette, Alexander and Andreas. She was preceded in death by her uncle, James Hudson and nephews, Michael, and Matthew.
