Jeffrey Wayne Jones

Jeffrey Wayne Jones, age 61 of Lansing, North Carolina passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at Ashe Memorial Hospital. Born on February 4, 1963, in Atlanta, Georgia, he was the son of the late Jason Roy Jones Jr. and Kathleen Killian Jones. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Douglas William Jones.

He was a great brother and a beloved uncle. He cherished his time spent outdoors, finding joy in hunting and fishing. As an avid collector, he took pride in his unique treasures and enjoyed sharing the stories behind them.

Mr. Jones is survived by one daughter, Elizabeth Marie Jones, one brother, Jason Roy Jones III of Lansing, one granddaughter, two nieces, Alexis Brook Jones and Lindzey Nycole Jones, three nephews Dalton Conner Jones, Colin Reid Jones and Aidan Cash Jones as well as three great-nieces, Trinity Jones, Paizlee Jones and Dakota Jones.
