John Charles Style

John Charles Style, age 69 of Jefferson passed away Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at Margate Health and Rehab. Center.  Mr. Style was born March 7, 1954 in New York to the late Charles Arthur and Lois Isabel Dangler Style.  In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his wife, Sharron Wiist Style.

Mr. Style was very involved in many local 4-H activities.  He loved working on computers in his spare time and collecting things.  He worked at Ingles and Gates Rubber Company and also served on the safety committee at Gates.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Mr. Style is survived by one daughter, Erin Collins of New Bern, NC, one son, Chuck Style of Deep Gap, grandchildren, Wyatt Collins and J. R. Style. One brother and two sisters, including one locally also survive.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Ashe County 4-H program.
