Katlyn Denise (Miller) Greer

Katlyn Denise Miller Greer, age 25 of West Jefferson, passed away June 27, 2023.  Katlyn was born September 13, 1997 in Ashe County to Dennis and Brenda Kay Calhoun Miller.  She was preceded in death by her father, Dennis Miller, grandparents, Pete and Willa Dean Miller and Ray and Willa Dean Calhoun.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at the Calhoun Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 pm Tuesday, August 15th at Badger Funeral Home.

Mrs. Greer is survived by her husband, Matthew Chad Greer, sons, Matthew Greer Jr. and Billy Greer both of Crumpler and Derrick Greer of Lansing, daughter, Penny Greer of Wilkesboro, her mother, Brenda Kay Miller of Creston, her step-father, Darren Combs of Creston, brother, Dennis Ray Miller of Creston, sister, Adrian Miller of Millers Creek, half-brother, Dennis Church of Wilkesboro, aunt, Brenda Greene (Harold) of Cranberry Springs, niece, Roxy Miller of Crumpler, and nephews, Grayson and Bryson Miller of Creston.
