Mrs. Blevins was born on June 17, 1929 in Ashe County, NC to Maxie and Mary Ann Francis Blevins.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, May 13, 2004 at 8:00 P.M. at the Badger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Jim Greer and Rev. Jim Francis will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday, May 13, 2004 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Badger Funeral Home. A graveside will be held Friday, May 14, 2004 at 10:00 A.M. at the Howell Hill Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the family, c/o Badger Funeral Home, PO Box 139, West Jefferson, NC 28694.
