Loraine Speaks Rose age 78 of North Wilkesboro, NC, formerly of Ashe County, NC, died Saturday, February 25, 2006 at her residence.
Mrs. Rose was born in Ashe County, NC on August 10, 1927 to William and Della Flora McNeill Speaks. She was preceded in death by her husband; Rev. Bill Rose.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, February 27, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at the Badger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Ralph Smith and Rev. Roger Blevins will officiate. Burial will follow in the Liberty Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, February 27, 2006 from 1:00-2:00 P.M. at Badger Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family c/o Badger Funeral Home, PO Box 139, West Jefferson, NC 28694.
