Mrs. Mary Mahaley Bradshaw, age 91 of Healing Springs Road, Crumpler, NC died Thursday, November 28, 2002 at the Ashe Living Center after a lingering illness.
Mrs. Bradshaw was born July 11, 1911 in Salisbury, NC to the late William Lee Mahaley and Leona Octivie Lemley Mahaley. She is survived by one brother, John Henderson (Tom) Mahaley of Landis, NC; one son William Kenneth Gobble and wife, Patricia Gordon Gobble of Crumpler, NC; one stepson Norman Reid Bradshaw of Tallahassee, FL; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and five great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 67 years, Hubert P. Bradshaw and five brothers; Melvin Winford (Teeter), John Franklin (Frank); Ronald Lamont (Blackie); William Roscoe (Bill) of Landis, NC and infant Edward Le Mahaley of Salisbury, NC.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, December 3, 2002 at 2:00 P.M. the Ashelawn Memorial Chapel in Jefferson, NC by Rev. J.C. Norton. Interment will follow in Ashelawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum of Prayer. The family will receive friends from 12:30 ? 2:00 P.M. prior to services.
