Mary Severt

Mary Bowers Severt age 83 of Crumpler, NC, died Friday, January 9, 2004 at the Segraves Care Center.
Mrs. Severt was born on January 31, 1920 in Ashe County, NC to Baxter and Kate Bare Bowers. She was preceded in death by her husband; William Fred Severt, her son; Benny Severt, and grandson; Jeffery Severt.
She was a member of the Orion Baptist Church in Jefferson, NC. She loved to quilt and was known for her quilts throughout the community.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, January 12, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. at the Badger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Lonnie Jones will officiate. Burial will follow in the Ashelawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 11, 2004 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Badger Funeral Home.

Grandchildren: Dr. Tammy Severt, Patricia Calloway, and Melissa Lewis
Great Grandchildren: Ethan Lewis, Mason Calloway, and Emma Calloway

Daughter in Law: Rachel Severt of Crumpler, NC
