Mary "Maxine" (Rash) Farrington

Mary Maxine Rash Farrington, better known as Maxine, age 74 of Creston passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2021 at her home.  Mrs. Farrington was born on Friday, November 22, 1946 to the late William Vern and Torrence Oliver Rash.  In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her brother, Marcus Jack Rash.

Maxine was a faithful member of Three Top Baptist Church.  She enjoyed spending time with her granddaughter, Amelia.  She also enjoyed reading, traveling and listening to gospel music.

Mrs. Farrington is survived by h er husband of 55 years, Clyde Farrington, one son, Michael Farrington and wife Renee of Creston, sisters; Irene Loggins of Piney Creek, Sue Rash and husband Jim and Glenda Rash all of West Jefferson, brothers, Gene Rash and wife Betty of Lansing, Lewis Rash, Herb Rash and wife Barb all of West Jefferson and Tony Rash of Todd and grandchild, Amelia Rose Farrington.  Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be private.
