Matthew Arron Brown

Matthew Arron Brown, better known as Matt, age 45 of Warrensville passed away on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at his home.  Mr. Brown was born on April 1, 1977 in Ashe County, North Carolina to the late Robert Brown and Mary Gore Brown.  Matt enjoyed working on model and RC cars.

Mr. Brown is survived by his wife, Karissa Stanley Brown one son, Tucker Brown of Lansing, two sisters, Sandy Lawrence and husband, Nick of Millers Creek and Andrea Cook and husband, Glenn of Lebanon, VA, two brothers, Bob Brown and wife Carol of Greenville, TN and Tim Brown and wife, Jennifer of Jefferson, his mother-in-law, Susan Stanley, two stepsisters, Lori Seagraves and husband, Darrell of Crumpler and Jennifer Ashley and husband Tim of Crumpler; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 14th 2023 at 2:00pm at West Jefferson Church of Christ by Minister Tim Canup and Speaker Mark Miller.  Burial will follow in the Chestnut Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Friday, January 13th 2023 from 6:00-8:00pm at Ashelawn Memorial Chapel.

The family will also receive friends through Monday, January 16, 2022 at the home at 137 N.W. School Road in Warrensville.

Flowers and food will be accepted. Memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Fund or "JDRF".
