Dr. Mendel "Doc" Wallace Smith age 93 of Warrensville, NC, died Friday, November 04, 2005 at Segraves Care Center.
Dr. Smith was born in Preston County, WV on March 31, 1912 to the late W.A. and Bessie Furman Smith. He served in the Air Force during World War II.
Graveside Services will be held Monday, November 7, 2005 at 2:00 PM at Ashley Cemetery in Warrensville. Rev. Llyod Day will officiate.
