Mr. Morris Elbert Larry Lawrence, age 73, of Lansing, NC died Friday, May 2, 2003 at the Forsyth Memorial Hospital in Winston Salem, NC.
Funeral services will be held Thursday 11:00 A.M. at Ashelawn Memorial Chapel with Rev. Wayne Osborne and Steve Blevins officiating. Interment will follow in Ashelawn Memorial Gardens with Military rites. The family will receive friends from 10:00 - 11:00 prior to services at Ashelawn.
Mr. Lawrence was born in Miami, FL, on April 27, 1930 to the late Harold and Toy Sapp Lawrence. He was retired form the Employee Security Commission and a Veteran of Korea and Vietnam conflicts.
Survivors include his wife Linda Bishop Lawrence.

Jane Stovall of Houchton, GA

Seven Grandchildren, six Great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
