Nancy Trivette

Nancy Katherine Canter Trivette, age 78 of Hickory, formerly of Ashe County, died Sunday at Frye Regional Medical Center in Hickory, NC. Mrs. Trivette was bron May 25, 1925 in Ashe County to the late Arvil and Lillie Canter.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 19, 2004 at Ashelawn Memorial Chapel. Rev. Bruce Miller, Rev. Robert Wiles and Rev. G. C. Calhoun will officiate. Burial will follow in the Bledsoe Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 till 2:00 PM prior to the service Wednesday.

Son: Lester Trivette of Newton, NC

Daughters: Barbara Harding of Catawba and Joyce Ann Clark of Hickory, NC

Brothers: James and Fred Canter both of North Wilkesboro, NC

Sisters: Vera Lee Calhoun of Trinity, NC, Nellene Grogan of Trade, TN and Reba Stanley of Elkton, MD

2 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews
