Nannie Eldreth

Nannie Thomas Eldreth, age 87 of Warrensville, NC, died Thursday, December 15, 2005 at Ashe Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Eldreth was born September 30, 1918 in Ashe County to the late Ed and Sally Poe Thomas. Mrs. Eldreth was a member of Sugar Tree Baptist Church. Her many hobbies included crocheting, gardening, growing flowers, cooking and feeding people.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 17, 2005 at the Badger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Jim Greer, Rev. Lloyd Day and Rev. Fred Greer will officiate. Burial will follow in the Miller-Roland Cemetery in Warrensville. The family will receive friends from 6:00 till 8:00 PM, Friday, December 16th at Badger Funeral Home.

Husband: James Eldreth

Daughter: Geneva Graybeal of Warrensville, NC

Two sons: James Eldreth Jr. of Warrensville and Jack Eldreth of Fleetwood, NC

Three grandchildren, three great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
