Nelia Fay Sexton age 80 of Lansing, NC died Monday, July 7, 2003 at the Ashe Memorial Hospital. Ms. Sexton was born on September 19, 1922 in Lansing, NC to James F. and Lalie Wright Sexton.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, July 9, 2003 at 2:00 P.M. at the Silas Creek Baptist Church. Elder Fred Richardson, Minister Danny Miller, and Ward Sexton will officiate. Burial will follow in the Sexton Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 8, 2003 from 7:00-9:00 P.M. at Badger Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Silas Creek Baptist Church, c/o Sandy Roten, PO Box 195, Lansing, NC 28643.
