Pamela Phyllis (Price) Gerth

Pamela Phyllis Price Gerth, age 65 of West Jefferson, died Monday, January 25, 2021 at Ashe Memorial Hospital.  Pamela was born October 9, 1955 in Ashe County to the late Robert Kyle and Virginia Ruth Sexton Price.  Pamela appreciated the simple things in life and was never afraid to be herself.  She loved nature, listening to classic rock music, reading and taking leisurely drives in the country.  She was of the Christian faith and also was the author of book of poetry.

Ms. Gerth is survived by, daughters, Jada Hewitt of Cary and Megan Gerth of West Jefferson, sister, Linda Segraves of West Jefferson and brother, Gary Price of Melbourne, FL. 5 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
