Patsy Jewel Patrick

Patsy Jewel Lewis Patrick, passed away peacefully in her home in Creston on March 24, 2025, she was 73 years old. Patsy was born on March 18, 1952 in Ashe County, North Carolina. She was a beloved member of her family and community, whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of many.

Patsy was the daughter of Roy and Euzella Eastridge Lewis, who preceded her in death along with her husband, Joseph Clyde Patrick, and her brother, J. D. Lewis and sisters, Lois Ann Greer, Mattie Wood and Jeanette Reece. These loved ones held a special place in her heart, and she cherished their memories throughout her life.

Patsy worked at Watauga Wood Products until it closed and then worked at United Chemi-Con for many more years. Outside of her work, Patsy found joy in the simple things in life. She loved being at home, where she enjoyed the peace and comfort of her surroundings. 

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, March 30, 2025 in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery by Rev. Lloyd Day.

She is survived by her brother, Darrell Lewis, and several nieces and nephews, who continue to carry forward her legacy of compassion and love. Patsy’s family will remember her for her generous spirit and her unwavering support to those around her.

As we reflect on Patsy’s life, we honor her contributions as a friend, sister, and aunt. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
