Ralph Thomas Keys

Ralph Thomas Keys age 78, of Jefferson died Friday, October 12, 2018 at Margate Health and Rehab. Mr. Keys was born May 11, 1940 in Ashe County to the late Elizabeth Belcher.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Badger Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Charles McCoy.  Mr. Keys will lie in state 1 hour prior to the service.

Mr. Keys is survived by several cousins and many friends.
