Randy Ray Bundy

Mr. Randy Ray Bundy age 62, of Lansing, NC died Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at Forsyth Medical Center. Mr. Bundy was born July 20, 1955 in Clinton County, Indiana to Clyde and Maude Billingsly Bundy. Mr. Bundy was preceded in death by his parents, step-son, Eric Latham and brother, Tom Bundy. Randy served in the US Army and retired from the Army Reserves. He also retired from the West Jefferson Police Department. After retiring from the police dept. he worked as a part time funeral assistant for Badger Funeral Home and Ashelawn Memorial Chapel. He liked to fish and hunt in his spare time. Randy always went out of his way to help others. He will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Badger Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Lloyd Day and Rev. Jim Greer. Burial will follow in Spencer Branch Cemetery with military rites. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday, August 18, 2017 at Badger Funeral Home. Mr. Bundy is survived by: His Wife, Kay Emerson Bundy, Son, Joey (Amanda) Bundy of Lansing, step-son, Tony Latham of Lansing, Brothers, Junior (Lynn) Bundy and Danny (Pat) Bundy of IN, Sisters, Darlene (Jim) Hodges, Terri (Jack) Burdette and Tammy Bundy all of IN, Grandchildren, Brad Taylor, Eric Latham Jr., Haley Bundy and Landon Bundy also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
