Rev. Dane Allen Burchett, age 58 of Winston-Salem, formerly of Ashe County died Wednesday, October 10, 2007 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice House. Mr. Burchett was born March 26, 1949 in Ashe County to Rev. William and Ethel Harless Burchett. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon Saturday, October 13, 2007 at the Badger Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Jimmy Miller and Rev. Gordon Rawls. Burial will follow in the Friendly Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 - 12:00 prior to the service.
