Richard Walker Minor

Richard Walker Minor, age 58 of Jefferson died Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Ashe Memorial Hospital.  Mr. Minor was born February 15, 1963 in Pensacola, Florida to the late Charlie Jackson Minor and Lucille Colon Minor.  In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by an infant brother, Paul Allen Minor and a sister Janice Smith.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Mr. Minor is survived by, his wife, Kathy Royal Minor, two brothers, Jay Minor and wife Patty and David Minor all of Sparta, four sisters, Donna Cagle of Harmony, Patricia Mccarn of Sparta, Rebecca Renegar and husband Donald of Yadkinville and Paula Hunt and husband Tommy of Sparta.  Several nieces and nephews also survive.
