Rosa Carter

Rosa Ellen Carter age 93 of Lansing, NC, died Thursday, January 22, 2004 at the Ashe Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Carter was born on January 9, 1911 in Ashe County, NC to Cephus and Hattie Caroline Howell Hartsog. She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur L. Carter.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 24, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. at the Badger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Dwight Barker will officiate. Burial will follow in the Perry Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, January 24, 2004 from 1:00-2:00 P.M. at Badger Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Segraves Care Center, 200 Hospital Ave, Jefferson, NC or to the Lansing Presbyterian Church, 1233 Hudler Town Rd., Crumpler, NC 28617.
