Ruby Stuart Ballou age 90 of Jefferson, NC, died Monday, November 28, 2005 at the Segraves Care Center.
Mrs. Ballou was born in Ashe County, NC on December 3, 1914 to Mitchell and Minnie Blevins Stuart. She was a member of Fletcher Memorial Baptist Church.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, December 1, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. at the Badger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Tom Stuart will officiate. Burial will follow in the Ashelawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday, December 1, 2005 from 1:00-2:00 P.M. at Badger Funeral Home. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Gideon's, PO Box 993, West Jefferson, NC 28640.
