Ruby Mae Mates age 69 of West Jefferson, NC, the Boggs Community, died Monday, May 15, 2006 at the Ashe Memorial Hospital
Mrs. Mates was born on January 9, 1937. She worked as a waitress for many years.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, May 18, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at Ashelawn Memorial Chapel. Rev. Robert Patrick and Rev. Ralph Smith will officiate. Entombment will follow in the Ashelawn Mausoleum of Prayer. The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 17, 2006 from 7:00-9:00 P.M. at Ashelawn Memorial Chapel.
