Mrs. Rutherford was born on April 1, 1926 in Ashe County, NC Charlie Lee and Nancy Jane "Jenny" Hodgson.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, October 28, 2004 at 2:00 P.M. at Mt. Olive Baptist Church. Rev. Dennis Dillard and Rev. Ross Harless will officiate. Burial will follow in the Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 27, 2004 from 7:00-9:00 P.M. at Badger Funeral Home.
